1. What will be included in my ticket?

If you select this option, 2 nights of accommodations in Dalhousie’s newest and nicest residence: LeMarchant Place (May 23 and May 24)

All meals for the weekend (from dinner May 23 to breakfast May 25)

Participation and possibility to cheer on the sports and fun activities competitions on May 24 and 25

Participation in the opening and closing ceremonies

2. I am travelling from out of province. Will I be compensated?

We will be employing a “Travel-Equity Fund” (TEF) for this event
-
Students from CFMNB will receive $20/person for travel expenses, and students from DMNB will receive $40 per person!

We have a 10% discount code through Porter Airlines

The TEF provides funds for financial assistance for travel expenses to the AMG
-
The funding for delegates will depend on relative costs to attend the event, and help support students so they can all benefit from this wonderful event
3. Where can students stay in Halifax during the event?

Students who purchase the “All-Inclusive” ticket will have accommodation at LeMarchant Place, Dalhousie’s newest residence building

The accommodations will be a 2-bedroom room with a private washroom.

LeMarchant Place is located at the heart of the Dalhousie Campus, perfectly located in downtown Halifax for a great weekend of fun
4. What kind of events will there be for students both during and after games?

5. Will food be provided to participants during the event?

Meals will be provided for the whole weekend, including supper Friday, breakfast, lunch and supper Saturday, and breakfast Sunday, unless otherwise specified in promotional offers.
6. I am not sure if I can attend on the Friday. Can I still attend for the rest of the weekend?

For students who cannot attend Friday, they can still benefit from our action packed days Saturday and Sunday.

While Friday offers a welcoming opening ceremony and first evening social, the activities start in earnest Saturday, just in time for your arrival!
7. If I am coming from outside of Halifax, can I only buy the ticket which includes accommodations, or can I stay with friends/family?

If you are coming from outside Halifax, you are still able to choose from the two ticket options depending on whether you would like accommodations provided, or wish to stay with friends/family!
